The Bedford Swan restricts the use of facilities and treatments to those over 16 years of age.
Payment is required at point of booking. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your thermal spa session to recieve a full refund. No refund will be given for bookings cancelled within 24 hours or for non-arrivals.
